The pier is a great place to take a walk to if you would like to see some wildlife, fish, or simply watch the others fish. The lagoon is beautiful!

Microwave, Oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, ice maker, refrigerator, plus a water dispenser inside the refrigerator.
Starter amounts of dish soap, paper towels, dish washing towels, and plenty of hand soap and cleaning supplies are provided.
Spice rack for our guests use & convenience.
65" Smart TV with cable for the living room. The cabinet below stores a few games and cards for your use.
The dining room table seats 7 and 4 bar stools at the counter allow for a total of 11 seats for meals.
Perfect Family Set Up
First floor full bathroom complete with bathtub or shower combination, tons of storage, starter toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and plenty of hand soap.
New full size washer and dryer is located downstairs by the bathroom. Starter pods and dryer sheets are provided. It is new and fast! Also located in this closet is a broom and a small vacuum to keep the sand under control!
The stairs lead up to the 2nd floor where all the bedrooms are located. At the top of the stairs is a closet where beach towels, the sleeper sofa sheets and blanket, and pack and play are located.
Hallway standing outside the 1st Master Suite. In order it has a master king suite, the twin bedroom, the full bedroom, and the 2nd master king suite.
Extremely comfortable new king bed has a great room to see the Gulf every morning. The ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms are some of the best I have seen. This room has an en-suite bathroom.
A mounted 43" Smart TV is provided to watch your favorite netflix or prime shows. There is also a fan in the closet provided for your use. Bedside rugs are provided to wipe your feet prior to entering bed to get the sand off your feet.
Large walk in shower is in this king bathroom. Plenty of storage for your personal items. A starter supply of shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Plenty of hand soap towels, hand towels, wash clothes, & black facial clothes are provided.
A twin bunk bed with all new mattresses, and foam toppers, plus a twin bed with new mattress and foam topper. Chest of drawers and closet provide for ample storage. Perfect room for kids, teens, or adults!
Smart TV's in each bedroom
The Twin room and Full room share a Jack and Jill type bathroom. Double sinks, stand up shower, and lots of drawers and cabinets for storage.
Starter soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided along with towels, hand towels, wash clothes, black facial wash clothes, and plenty of hand soap.
This bedroom provides two full size new beds with a rug in between to clean your feet prior to crawling into bed. Sand.... Plenty of room to sleep 4! Chest of drawers, 32" Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, and an extra fan in the closet for your use.
This room shares the large bathroom located between it and the twin room.

2nd Master Bedroom Suite with an en-suite bathroom. King bed, ceiling fan, 43" Smart TV, and large closet. An extra fan is in the closet if you would like it for background noise. This bedroom overlooks the pool.
Large closet can store suit cases. Rugs bedside to wipe the sand off your feet prior to entering. A great relaxing room!
2nd king master bedroom
Large en-suite bathroom with plenty of storage shelves. A large walk in shower with plenty of places to hang your towels to dry. Starter soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided. Plenty of towels and hand soap are also provided.

Enjoy eating breakfast while listening to The Gulf!
Can easily park 4 vehicles under the house. A large grill is provided for our guests use. The storage closet contains, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The beach equipment is all on the honor system.
Watch the kids play in the grass in the front or watch them walk to the beach. Just a great place!
Cute walkway out of the edition to the paved walkway to the pier or a different area of beach.
The pool is directly behind our house! We are the first house to your left when you pull into the complex.
The walkway leads to the pier where quite a bit of fishing takes place. This picture is looking back at the edition but if you continue you will be at a great beach area for little kids.
Waves convenient store, the Beach House restaurant, plus an ice cream store and fresh seafood store within walking distance
The front of the house with its palm trees and seating area is the perfect setting!
This is the entrance to the lagoon. The Gulf comes in here, it is shallow and leads out to one of largest beach areas in the area. Beautiful white sand beaches!
The pool is right behind the house and is HUGE!
This area of the lagoon is extremely popular with families of smaller kids. The water is shallow pretty far out and the little kids can play and play. Most afternoons there are numerous beach umbrellas posted and families everywhere.
West Side Cottages is a great area ion West Beach Blvd.
The house is located directly across the street from the beach! Perfect location.
The Gulf is in front of the house, the pool is directly behind the house, and the lagoon is right behind the edition. Could not find a better location for a house!
Waves is the closest store to the house. It has everything if you forget anything!
WSC is in a perfect location! Between The Gulf and the Lagoon!

Hello! Thank you for considering staying in one of our properties with Barnes Beach Houses! We privately own and manage our homes and take pride in all of them! My husband and I live in Mansfield, TX and love hosting our guests. The majority of our guests are repeat guests and love to come back and stay at our properties year after year. We have five children; one still at home, one in college, and three more that are adults and have blessed us with five grandchildren. We both work in the healthcare industry and love to travel in our free time. We both stay in short-term rentals when we travel, which I feel makes us better hosts. We know what we like when we stay somewhere and make sure you have the same amenities and consideration. We want all our guests to be comfortable in our houses.
