Nice pool to take a dip in to cool off in the summer or enjoy it heated in the winter months! The pool is just a few steps from our house (this is not our house in the picture but just across and down a house is ours).

Wonderful large dining table on the balcony that has Gulf views while maintaining some quiet time since it not right on the road.
Only 5 houses in our small complex! Nice and quiet without a lot of traffic!

Multiple beach access points! Go left or right and either way, it is a block to the beach from the corner! If you go to the left, you walk by The Beach House, Waves, and an Ice Cream Store.
Cute entrance with an electronic keypad entrance and a couple of rocking chairs.
Quite a bit of parking! Plus a storage closet with beach supplies, a new beach sand cart, and propane grill is provided for all our guests. We are at the end of the cute road so have receive a great breeze and view!
Short walk to the Lagoon! You can also make a right vs left and in the same distance be at the beautiful white sand beaches of The Gulf!
The beach is a quick 3-minute walk from the house. When you leave the house you can walk through the parking lot behind the house (shhh) or go out the entrance and go either left or right to the corner then a short block to the beach!
Underneath the house is where you will be able to park your vehicle. Our storage closet that contains all of our beach supplies; wagon, boogie boards, and beach toys, is kept.
Great location right between The Gulf and The Lagoon!
Waves, The Beach House, & Ice Cream store are all within walking distance! They are on the way to the beach if you go out and to the left to the corner.

Hello! Thank you for considering staying in one of our houses! We privately own and manage our homes and take pride in all of them! My husband and I live in Mansfield, TX and love hosting our guests. The majority of our guests are repeat guests and love to come back and stay at our properties year after year. We have five children; one still at home, one in college, and three more that are adults and have blessed us with five grandchildren. We both work in the healthcare industry and love to travel in our free time. We both stay in short-term rentals when we travel, which I feel makes us better hosts.
